I am living in Oklahoma with 3 kids (4 if you count my husband).  For years, I just mindlessly followed what the government told me about my health, because that was what was expected.  In the process, I’ve had issues with my son’s behavior and have gained a lot of weight.  

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve done a lot of research on natural health.  The first book I picked up was “Natural Cures” by Kevin Trudeau.  That started my questioning the FDA and by association the USDA.   I don’t necessarily agree with everything that Mr. Trudeau said, but some of his comments match with information I have gotten elsewhere, most notably at http://naturalnews.com.  I’m still trying to figure out how a computer geek has wound up interested in natural health, but here I am.

Other than my interest in natural health, I am a website developer with almost 10 years of experience in Web Design.  I sometimes jokingly refer to myself as a treehugger, because besides the natural health interest, I am concerned about our effect on the environment. 

For years, I played a character named Sharleone an online MUD (Multi User Dungeon) called Apocalypse IV (which later because Apocalypse V).  Though I no longer MUD very much, the name Sharleone has stuck with me.
