That screams ripoff right there 2) the service was canceled on the day that my husband signed up for it, yet they charged me the above amount (double) a week later, even though we never used it at all. We never even set up the account all the way. Funny how you don't sign what you're posting. I almost didn't approve the message because of it. Actually, my issue was twofold, and still is:

You want them to prorate an unlimited, untracked service...? Read the terms of service, and calm down.
